Shipping and Returns:
All products will be shipped within 2 to 14 business days.
Please report any lost items in delivery. A signed confirmation form will be required from the addressee before any refund or replacement can be made.
Herbs, Resins and Powders are not returnable.
Items damaged in shipping must be returned within 7 days in unused condition and in regular packaging.
We will replace items that have manufacturers faults on receipt of the faulty goods with no charge.
Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is unavailable.
